One Coat Stucco (OCS) - Tough Stuff

Stucco has been around a long time. Master Wall's One Coat Stucco and Superior Finishes simplify construction and improve the look of this time tested wall cladding.  Common installations include the OCS, some reinforced foam trim aesthetic pieces and a Master Wall Superior Finish. Best of all, the OCS and Finish are both included in our limited warranty.

New Options

OCS is available in several different levels and extended limited warranties.  The basic Level I System is great for budget projects and has a five-year warranty.  Level II adds Primecoat and Stucco Ad-Liquid for a more durable stucco and a seven-year warranty.  The Level III System has increased levels of Stucco Ad-Liquid and either a leveling base coat and mesh or Superior Elastomeric Plus Finish over Primecoat with a ten-year warranty.
